What Trafexo does, and what it costs
No hourly billing. No vague 'let's talk' pricing. After a short briefing call, or an email exchange if you prefer, you get a clear number and a timeline: a fixed price for a project, or a monthly rate for advertising, set by your ad spend.
Pick the situation that sounds like yours.
You need more leads, quote requests, calls, bookings, or online sales.
Your website or store needs work before you spend more on traffic.
You're starting from scratch and want the foundations built right.
You're already spending and aren't sure what's working.
Build it, run it, or get a straight second opinion.
Trafexo builds the websites and stores, runs the advertising that fills them, and gives a straight read when you need to make a call. Most clients use more than one.
Custom-built marketing sites, lead-gen sites, and Shopify stores that load fast, rank well, and turn visitors into customers. Marketing sites start at $2,500; ecommerce and complex builds are scoped after a briefing call.
The build price covers design and development. Hosting, domains, and third-party services are billed directly to you and stay in your name, so you own everything from day one.
Every build carries a 12-month warranty. If something Trafexo built stops working the way it did on delivery, Trafexo fixes it at no charge.
- PagesSeven included. Extra pages are quoted, so you can add service or location pages as you need them.
- RevisionsTwo rounds at the design stage, against a prototype you can react to. Changes after the build starts get quoted, because that is where they get expensive.
- CopyYou provide it, I edit and structure it for the page. Writing it from scratch is quoted separately.
- MonitoringAvailability monitoring and the platform security alerts your stack offers get set up on your own account, alongside hosting and domains, and stay yours. Answering those alerts is Site Care, not part of the build.
The full base layer, built together from the ground up: your domain, registered in your name; a conversion-focused website; and the tracking, analytics, and measurement to know what's working. Everything connected, everything measurable.
The website is the same build as above: seven pages, two rounds of revisions at the design stage. The extra covers your domain, the measurement layer wired up and connected (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console), and your Google Business Profile set up with a flow for collecting reviews.
The website carries the same 12-month build warranty as a standalone build.
Ongoing profile posting and review responses are not part of it, the same way ongoing social media management is not.
Ongoing care once your site is live: hosting management, compatible routine updates for your stack, and backups, plus the changes a live site actually needs. Major version upgrades and platform migrations are quoted separately.
The $250 starting point covers one supported static marketing site. WordPress, Shopify, ecommerce, databases and custom applications get scoped separately after a technical review. Trafexo can also take over a site it didn't build, subject to that same review, with any pre-existing cleanup identified and quoted before ongoing care begins.
Your site's monitoring is set up on your own account during the build and stays yours either way. Site Care is what adds Trafexo to those alerts and commits to answering them.
- ChangesTen change requests a month, each one back within two business days: updating a page, publishing a post, swapping an image, fixing a link, adjusting a section. A request can carry related edits, so new opening hours, a price and a photo in one message counts as one, not three. If a request is incomplete or sits outside the plan, you hear that inside the same two days, not after them.
- QuotedAnything that is really a project sits outside the monthly changes: new functionality, a new page template, a redesign, or an integration. You get a fixed price before it starts, never after. A new page on an existing template is a flat $250, assembled from your existing templates with copy and images you provide.
- ResponseReport a site outage or security issue before 1pm Eastern and you get a response that business day. Report it later and you get one by noon the next business day. Every other covered incident gets a response within two business days. Detection is automated and runs around the clock, and the response lands in business hours, so an alert at 2am gets answered when the day starts, not at 2am.
- CreditMiss one of those deadlines and Trafexo credits you 10 percent of that month's fee, per missed request or incident, up to 50 percent of the month. It lands on your next invoice. That is what stands behind the response times.
Paid media is where Trafexo goes deepest: 15 years and over $75 million in managed spend. A great website only matters if the right people reach it.
End-to-end management: strategy, campaign build, creative direction, tracking, optimization, and reporting that ties spend to real revenue. Run by a senior operator, not handed to a junior.
New creative gets produced as testing calls for it and as the data says it should, included in running the account. Larger production work, a brand shoot or full video production, isn't something Trafexo takes on. If your campaigns need it, I'll work with your team or your production partner to get it built and into market.
Most businesses don't need every channel. They need the right few. Google and Meta are the default; Trafexo tests other channels only when the lead economics justify it, including ones most small agencies don't touch.
The job is making sure the right traffic lands on the right page, the tracking tells the truth, and every dollar answers to a real outcome. From $1,000/mo, set by your ad spend, scoped after a briefing call.
Managed advertising works best from about $2,000 a month in ad spend. Below that, the management fee takes too large a share of the budget to be worth it. If you're spending less than that, Launch and Setup is usually the better fit: campaign structure, conversion tracking, and reporting built properly, then you run it yourself.
- Up to $3k/mo ad spend$1,000/mo
- $3k to $5k$1,500/mo
- $5k to $10k$2,000/mo
- $10k to $25k$2,500/mo
- $25k to $50k$4,000/mo
- $50k+scoped to fit
Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the advertising platforms. Trafexo never marks it up.
The automated monitoring behind this runs all day on Google and Meta, with every other channel on a set cadence. See the technology →
A one-time setup for businesses that already have a website that works: campaign structure, conversion tracking, and the reporting foundation you need before spending real budget.
Business presence setup is part of it where it helps: claiming and optimizing your Google Business Profile, getting reviews set up so they actually accumulate, and the basic social profiles that support local visibility. Ongoing social media management and scheduled posting are not something Trafexo does.
Ongoing search optimization for the site you have or the one Trafexo builds for you: technical health, on-page optimization, and rank tracking, reported in plain English at the cadence you choose. Google Search Console is the source underneath that, set up on your own account and kept there. Month one includes a full technical audit. No content mills, no link schemes, no ranking guarantees: just your site, made steadily easier to find. From $750/mo, scoped after a briefing call.
An independent, one-time review for when you're already spending on ads and want a straight second opinion before committing more, not another vendor. Trafexo goes deep on one primary channel, stress-tests your tracking, and gives you a clear verdict: what to keep, cut, fix first, and question. It's a standalone product, but $500 credits toward a build or managed advertising if you go on. See the full breakdown →
Know the number before any work begins.
Every price on this page is in Canadian dollars. Clients in Canada are billed in Canadian dollars, and clients elsewhere are billed in US dollars, converted at the Bank of Canada rate.
Fixed price, fixed scope
For builds, you get a fixed price after a briefing call. For advertising, you get a clear monthly rate scoped to your needs. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, no scope creep. You know the number before any work begins.
You own everything
For builds, the code repository transfers to your GitHub on final payment, with full usage rights and no lock-in. For advertising, you own your ad accounts and everything in them; Trafexo works inside your accounts, never holding your campaigns or data hostage. Either way, what's yours stays yours.
You work with me, directly
I'm Ryan, the founder. You work directly with me, and I stay responsible for the strategy, the communication and the quality of the work. Trafexo does not rotate your account through junior account managers. I take on a limited number of projects at a time to protect the quality of each one.
A clear process, whichever you need.

Optimize

Report & Scale
Reporting tied to real outcomes, so you know where the next dollar goes.
We check in every month to review where things stand and adjust, and every quarter we set the bigger plan together: the goals that matter to your business, the budget behind them, and the metrics we'll judge success by. Optimization runs continuously between those touchpoints, and you get reporting on the cadence you choose, so the strategy is always set on purpose, never on autopilot.
The right tools on both sides of the work.
Modern, production-grade technology chosen to fit the project: React and Next.js for fast marketing sites, Shopify for ecommerce, Supabase for data, and Netlify, Vercel, or Cloudflare for hosting. The goal is simple: a fast, stable site that you own outright and can grow with.
The major ad platforms paired with the measurement that makes them accountable: GA4 and Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session replay, server-side and conversion-API tracking, wired to real outcomes rather than platform-inflated numbers. Your leads connected to wherever you track them, whether that's a CRM, field-service or practice software, call tracking, or a spreadsheet, so spend is measured against booked jobs, not just clicks. Already have somewhere your leads land? Trafexo checks what it actually does with your data and configures the matching and attribution properly, as far as that system allows. Don't have one yet? I'll set you up with something that fits. More on how this works on the Technology page.
Clear timelines, simple terms.
Timelines
A focused marketing site typically runs 4-8 weeks; larger builds get a concrete timeline after the briefing call. Advertising can be live within days of kickoff.
Payment
Projects: 50% to begin, 50% on completion; larger projects split into milestones, and those invoices are net 14. Ongoing plans: a monthly fee charged to the payment method on file at the start of each billing period, with the invoice issued as your record. Ad spend is always separate, paid by you directly to the platforms.
Working together
Trafexo works with clients across Canada, the US, and internationally, fully remote, and around your timezone for meetings and day-to-day communication. Site Care response times run on Eastern Time.
