Technology

Built right.
Always watched. Never on autopilot.

Every site and campaign Trafexo runs shares one standard: solid technology underneath, checks running around the clock, and a senior operator making the calls, not a script and not a junior. You always know what changed and why, in plain English.

01 · Running your marketing

The numbers in the panels on this page are sample numbers, not case-study results. The format is the point.

Nothing waits for a weekly check-in

Automated checks on Google and Meta flag wasted spend, tracking issues, creative fatigue, and budget pacing, caught while they are still small rather than at the Monday review. A senior operator reviews the flags and decides what changes. Nothing changes automatically.

Wasted spend gets found continuously

On Google and Meta, search terms, placements, and audiences are swept daily for spend that is not pulling its weight, so leaks surface in days rather than months. Other channels get the same sweep on a set cadence.

Creative fatigue caught in the data, not in your results

Performance is tracked at the creative level, so fatigue shows up in the data before it shows up in your results. When an ad starts to tire, the call to refresh gets made then, and the replacement gets produced here, not outsourced or waited on. What your competitors are running gets checked by hand, from public ad libraries and research tools.

Budgets that pace, not surprise

On Google and Meta, spend is checked against plan every day. Other channels are checked on their own cadence, always inside the month. If a campaign is burning fast or leaving budget on the table, it gets corrected mid-month, not explained after.

Reports on your schedule, not a fixed one

You pick the cadence: monthly, weekly, or daily if you want it. Custom dashboards and plain-English summaries, built from the same numbers the decisions are made on. Your data is your data; look as often as you like.

The numbers come from somewhere

Every figure on a report starts as an event on your site, and the layer that captures them is set up on your own accounts, not Trafexo's. Google Analytics 4 records what people actually do once they arrive. Google Tag Manager is the container it all gets deployed through, so a tag can be added, corrected or removed without a developer touching the site each time. Microsoft Clarity records heatmaps and session replay, which is how a form that looks fine in the numbers turns out to be losing people at the third field.

The ad platforms need the same events sent back to them, and the browser is a poor place to do it from. Ad blockers, tracking prevention and a dropped connection all take conversions with them, and the platform then optimizes against a picture with holes in it. So conversions are also sent server-side, through the platforms' conversion APIs, from a place a blocker cannot reach.

None of it is a black box. The accounts are yours, the container is yours, and the events flowing through it are the same ones the reports are built from. When a number moves, you can follow it back to the event that produced it.

The lead's journey doesn't end at the click

A cost per lead can look fine while the leads quietly don't book. So the numbers get tied to what actually happens next: leads and calls routed into wherever you track them, and booked-job data connected back to spend. Whether that's a CRM like HubSpot, field-service or practice software like ServiceTitan or Weave, call tracking, or a spreadsheet, the point is the same: seeing which spend turns into real work, not just leads. Trafexo works with whatever you already run, as far as the software allows, rather than asking you to switch tools. Some field service and practice systems expose no usable data, and where that is the case you get told rather than sold around it.

Most setups leak here, and quietly. A call and a form from the same person become two records, because the matching runs on email and the call didn't have one. Attribution survives the ad click and then goes missing on the way into your CRM. Nobody catches either one, because the dashboard still shows leads.

Trafexo checks what your tools actually do with your data, configures the matching and attribution properly, and tells you plainly where the gaps are that your software cannot close. Trafexo does not sell you a CRM or a phone system. This is work on the ones you already have.

The organic side, watched the same way

Technical site health, on-page optimization, and rank tracking, monitored continuously and reported in the same plain English. Google Search Console sits underneath it, on your own account. Paid and organic working on the same asset: your site.

Ready for where ads go next

Ads are starting to appear in AI search like ChatGPT and Perplexity. When a new surface makes sense for your business, Trafexo is ready to test it early, held to the same measurement discipline as everything else.

02 · Building your site

Built on production-grade technology

Custom marketing sites and Shopify stores on modern, scalable technology: Astro, React, and Next.js for speed, Supabase for data, and Netlify, Vercel, or Cloudflare for hosting that scales automatically. Built lean from the ground up: sites that load fast, rank well, and hold up as traffic grows.

Yours from day one

The domain is registered in your name. The code transfers to your GitHub on final payment. Hosting, monitoring, and third-party services are billed directly to you. If we ever part ways, everything keeps working and everything stays yours.

Every change passes a person, not a script.

The checks run around the clock, but they don't touch your account on their own. Trafexo reviews what gets flagged and makes the call by hand. If something changed, a senior operator decided it should. The same person who runs the work answers for it.

Built right, always watched.

That standard is not a premium tier. Every account gets it, and the same operator, included.

The growth plan is free with no obligation, and it is yours to keep.
